Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Europe (EU countries): 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — any applicable promotion will be displayed on our website and at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is included in the price where applicable. For orders outside the EU, your country may apply import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Failed Deliveries and Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept customs fees, we will contact you by email. You may choose to have the order reshipped (additional shipping costs may apply) or receive a refund for the product value, excluding original shipping costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@marlowejewellery.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
